B75169185 (hereinafter referred to as \u2018<em>elikafoods.com<\/em>\u2019 or \u2018us\u2019 or \u2018we\u2019).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any query, complaint or correspondence relating to these Conditions or <em>elikafoods.com<\/em> should be addressed to the contact details indicated on our <a href=\"https:\/\/elikafoods.com\/en\/contact\/\">contact<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Purchase of Products from <em>elikafoods.com<\/em><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ordering Criteria.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You may only purchase products:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That are available for sale and whose details appear on <em>elikafoods.com<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered in Spain and the rest of the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intended for personal use, either your own or that of the recipients for whom you purchase the products. <em>elikafoods.com<\/em> reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion (for example, when it considers that the order in question is intended to be subsequently sold by means other than the distribution channels authorised by <em>elikafoods.com<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified on <em>elikafoods.com<\/em>. <em>elikafoods.com<\/em> will take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on <em>elikafoods.com<\/em> are correct when the information is entered on <em>elikafoods.com<\/em>. If your credit card or PayPal account is not authorized, the order will not be processed.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>elikafoods.com<\/em> will send you an email (\u201cReceipt of your order\u201d) confirming receipt of your order for products, which constitutes an automatic acceptance of your order by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>elikafoods.com<\/em> will send you a second email confirming that the products you have ordered have been sent to you (\u201cYour order has been completed\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You and <em>elikafoods.com<\/em> will have entered into a contract of sale of the products ordered by you once we have sent you the confirmation email and in any case, however, when you receive the aforementioned products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract of sale will be concluded in Spanish and will be stored by <em>elikafoods.com<\/em>, although it will not be accessible to the Customer after the conclusion of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>elikafoods.com<\/em> may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process the order, or not be able to proceed with said processing, in the following cases, without any limitation:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the product requested by you has stopped being manufactured or is not available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the entity that sells your credit or debit card does not authorize payment of the purchase price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you do not meet the criteria for placing orders specified at the beginning of this section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery conditions are those established in this document.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Payment Conditions <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may pay with your bank card (credit or debit card) through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.servired.es\">Servired<\/a> (Redsys) payment gateway.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your bank card will be charged at the conclusion of the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment by credit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is carried out in encrypted form through a bank validation server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, so your credit card number and expiration date are instantly encrypted on your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No one can use your data without your authorization, since the information is unreadable. For greater security, this data is not stored on our server, so you must communicate all the information to us with each new order. We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also make your purchases from your \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/\">PayPal<\/a>\u201d account.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Returns and Order Cancellation <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns are accepted provided they are duly justified. You will be responsible for the tariffs and taxes applied for shipments leaving the Spanish State. International shipping costs vary according to destination (Europe and rest of the world), taxes and tariffs.
